Shall Ordinance Number 2683, adding Chapter 3.29 to the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code, imposing a special purpose retail transactions and use tax at a rate of .50% to be allocated one-half (1/2) to the Fire Department and one-half (1/2) to the Sheriff and Probation Departments to be used to strengthen local fire services, sheriffs patrol, and emergency services, adding firefighters, deputy sheriffs, and probation officers, replacing aging fire engines, equipment, and improving fire stations, be adopted?
