Shall an annual special tax be levied in an amount not more than $600.00 on each parcel of real property commencing with fiscal year 2005/06 and continuing each year thereafter? Said tax is to be assessed and collected with the El Dorado County General Taxes commencing with the forthcoming 2005/06 fiscal year and continuing each year thereafter, and shall be used only for those purposes authorized by the zone of benefit under County Services Area law.
