Shall the City of Brawley extend the collection of the four percent Utility User's Tax (established by Ordinance NUMBER 98-06), scheduled to expire June 1, 2008, upon the following utility services: defined telephone, electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash collection and cable television, in order to maintain city public services, including, but not limited to: police, fire emergency, administration, library, and parks and recreation; for a period of five years from the date currently set for expiration?
