To maintain quality education by attracting and retaining qualified teachers and library staff, implementing smaller class sizes, restoring college and career preparation classes, providing instructors/equipment for science education, restoring high school counselors, and maintaining art/music programs; shall Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District be authorized to levy an annual tax of $120 per parcel for 5 years only, with annual audits, independent citizens' oversight, and an exemption for parcels owned and occupied by citizens age 65 or over?
