Shall Stallion Springs Community Services District ("District") ordinance no. 134 "A" be approved and become effective which provides for: (1) levying a special tax in the amount of $60 per parcel per year for necessary police expenses, effective the fiscal year when funding for police operations drops $50,000 or more and (2) only the extent such special tax becomes effective increasing the District's appropriations limits in accordance with article XIII B of the California Constitution?
