Local Transportation Improvement Program. To relieve traffic congestion, improve safety and match state/federal transportation funds for: Widening/Improving I-10, I-15, I-210, SR-60, SR-62, SR-18, US-395: Improving freeway interchanges countywide; Improving local streets and roads; Expanding transit for seniors and disabled riders; and expanding Metrolink commuter rail; Shall San Bernardino County voters continue the existing half-cent transportation sales tax (SBCTA Ordinance 04-01) for thirty years and create an independent taxpayer oversight committee to insure all voter mandates are met?
