Shall a reorganization be approved to dissolve County Service Area #10, the Cayucos Sanitary District and the Cayucos Fire Protection District and to form in their place the Cayucos Community Services District, subject to conditions imposed be the Local Agency Formation Commission? If the proposed Cayucos Community Services District is created, please choose five (5) persons to represent your district as a member of the Board of Directors.
