Shall the City Council of the City of Yreka increase by two percent (2%) the general tax for the privilege of transient occupancy in any hotel as defined in Chapter 3.12 of the Yreka Municipal Code, which increase would set the total transient occupancy tax at ten percent of the rent charged by the operator.
