Shall there be an increase of two percent (2%) to the General Tax for the privilege of transient occupancy in any hotel as defined in Title 8, Chapter 4 of the Siskiyou County Code, which increase would set the total Transient Occupancy Tax at ten percent (10%) of the rent charged by the operator.
