Shall the Ordinance of the County of Stanislaus authorizing a limited transactions and use tax of one-eighth of one percent for a period of not more than eight years commencing on July 1, 2005, be used exclusively to maintain countywide library hours, provide purchases of new books, access to technology, maintain story times, programs for children and teens, reference, and other programs, be enacted to extend the current tax until June 30, 2013?
