(ADVISORY) If measure B imposing a general pupose transactions and use tax is appproved by the voters of Tehama County, should the Tehama County Board of Supervisors distribute the proceeds from that tax to the County and to the incorporated cities in proportion to their respective populations to fund law enforcement and fire protection services?
