Shall the Tehama County Charter be amended, effective January 8, 2007, to: (1) separate the elected offices of Tehama County Coroner and Public Administrator;(2) make the office of Tehama County Public Administrator an appointed office; and (3) consolidate the office of Tehama County Public Administrator with the office of Tehama County Public Guardian?
