Shall Ordinance No. 2559 which amends Chapter 3.32 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code to increase the Transient Occupancy Tax rate from eight percent to nine percent, and applying the transient occupancy Tax to camping sites and other lodging provided that the rate on camping sites and other lodging be phased in at two percent the first year, five percent the second year, and a total of nine percent the third and subsequent years be adopted?
