(ADVISORY) In order to establish a Regional Park System to maintain and improve park and recreation facilities in Yuba county, keep the Beckworth Park Boat Landing Facility open, the Marysville High School Pool open, and establish a Citizens Oversight Committee, should the Yuba County Board of Supervisors be directed to place an Annual Parcel Tax Measure of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), exempting those sixty-five (65) years old or older, on the November 2, 2004 ballot for voter consideration?
