Shall an annual special tax be levied in an amount not more than $200.00 on each parcel of real property commencing with fiscal year 2003/04 and continuing each year thereafter?; and if the election passes by a 2/3rd majority the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to form the Shadow Lane Road Zone of Benefit #98101 and LAFCO will dissolve the Shadow Lane CSD.
