Shall an Ordinance be adopted extending and increasing the special tax on the parcels of property in Three Arch Bay District on the basis of $200.00 per fiscal year per parcel containing residential or commercial improvements and $130.00 per fiscal year per parcel of vacant land, for the purpose of providing Law Enforcement Services.
