Shall Ordinance No. 819 be adopted to authorize continued collection of the City's existing transient occupancy tax ("hotel bed tax") at the rate of 10% established by Ordinance No. 530 of the City in May 1992 and to amend its provisions to restrict the use of one percent (1%) of the proceeds of the tax to provide funds for the promotion of the tourism and convention industry?
