Shall Imperial County Ordinance No. 1351, which imposes, for no more than ten (10) years, a public safety transactions and use tax (i.e., sales tax), of one-quarter percent (0.25%), upon retail transactions within the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County of Imperial, be adopted? The proceeds of the tax shall be used for the purpose of funding public safety staffing, equipment and facilities for the County of Imperial and cities located therein.
