PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT. TERM LIMITS: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SHERIFF, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, ASSESSOR. Limits any person elected to the office of the Board of Supervisors, Sheriff, District Attorney or Assessor to three consecutive terms commencing December 2002; provided, such limitation does not apply to any unexpired term if the remainder of that term is less than one-half of the full term of office.
