PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT-RESTRUCTURING. Shall the oversight of the Sheriff's Department be increased by adding one Assistant Sheriff and four Division Chiefs to the unclassified service; provided the additional Assistant Sheriff and two Division Chiefs may be non-sworn and appointed from outside the Sheriff's Department.
