EXCLUDED COUNTY EMPLOYEES. Shall the County's Civil Service System Ordinance be amended to provide that all attorneys in the Office of the County Counsel not otherwise exempt from civil service, any Deputy Director of the County Resource Management Agency and any Undersheriff employed by the County of Madera after the effective date of the amendment to the Civil Service System Ordinance be excluded from the County's Civil Service System?
