An ordinance of the people of the County of Napa, State of California, adopting a change to the Napa County General Plan for the purpose of authorizing the creation of parcels two (2) acres or larger in size by direct conveyance or lease to a local government agency authorized to develop farm labor camps in areas of the county designated on the General Plan as agricultural resource or agricultural, watershed and open space, provided the use of such parcels is limited to providing farm labor camps owned or operated by a local government agency authorized to develop farm labor camps.
