Approve a Charter Amendment to set the annual salary of the Mayor on January 1, 2003 at 50% of the salary for a Superior Court Judge, County of San Bernardino, State of California, which was in effect on July 1, 2002, thereafter adjusted and implemented January 1 of each subsequent year to 50% the salary for said Superior Court Judge then in effect on that January 1 date.
