Approval of the City of Stockton Charter Amendment relating to length of the probationary period for original/entry level appointments to the position of Firefighter. Shall the Charter of the City of Stockton be amended to increase the probationary period for original/entry level appointments to the position of Firefighter from twelve (12) months to eighteen (18) months?
