ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE TO REQUIRE CITY EMPLOYEES TO RESIDE WITHIN CITY DURING CITY EMPLOYMENT. Shall the City of Guadalupe adopt an ordinance requiring that the following city employees reside within the City and be electors of the City: City Administrator, Chief of the Police Department and Chief of the Fire Department; and require that employees comply with the requirement within 180 days of enactment of this ordinance, or within 180 days of executing an employment contract with the City?
