Shall the City Council of the City of Yreka levy a special tax for a 5-year period for the Yreka Volunteer Fire Department on each improved legal parcel within the City. The Tax will be used for the sole purpose of acquiring Fire Fighting or Rescue equipment or vehicles and for the improvement or construction of fire stations, sub-stations, or training facilities.
