Shall Solano County voters authorize the 20 year Solano County Transportation Expenditure Plan directing County sales tax revenues to the following transportation projects: - Improvements to the I-80/I-680 Interchange; - Improvements to highways including I-80 and highway 12; - New BART Commuter Rail Service; - Funds to maintain Local streets and roads; - Transit service for seniors and the disabled? Approval of the Expenditure Plan authorizes collection of a 1/2 cent sales tax during the Plan's implementation.
