Shall Measure "A" be adopted to amend the Comprehensive Plan, Amend other City land use regulations, approve the Open 80 Master Plan, and approve a Development Agreement that, together, would allow up to 1390 homes to be developed on 730 acres of the Hillside Voter Participation Area north of the City while setting aside approximately 3050 acres of open space in the manner required by the Open 80 Master Plan?
