In order to maintain the quality of Piedmont's public education by providing continued support for special instructional programs and services, lower class sizes, technology, and maintenance services commensurate with a superior educational program, shall the Piedmont City Unified School District be authorized to levy a special tax of up to the amounts specified in the voter information pamphlet for a period of five years?
