(Advisory) Shall Burbank City Council member compensation be increased by 5% ($44 per month) effective May 1, 2001, and effective May 1, 2002, shall it be further increased by a percentage equal to the change in the local Consumer Price Index, but not to exceed 5% (maximum increase for second year is $46 per month)? Any increases or decreases in Council member compensation after May 1, 2002 will continue to be governed by the provisions of the Burbank Charter and Municipal Code.
