Should the special tax be increased and continued for 10 years until 2012, for fire and medical protection in the West Almanor Community Services District to consist of a $90 tax on each condominium unit and each parcel except for parcel numbers: 108-010-04, 108-010-08, 108-010-15, 108-010-16, 108-010-17, 108-010-21, 108-010-23, 108-053-06, 108-053-07, 108-090-02, 108-141-01, 108-211-08, 108-283-04, 108-232-01, and 108-241-03 where there will be no tax and shall the appropriations limit specified in article Xiii-B of the California Constitution (also known as proposition 4) be increased for the West Almanor Community Services District by $100,000 for the 2002/2003 fiscal year, and for three succeeding fiscal years, for the purpose of allowing the district's tax proceeds to be spent for fire protection and emergency medical services.
