Shall the Transient Occupancy Tax Ordinance be amended to add a section authorizing the City Council to increase the tax on group meeting hotels from 10.8 to a maximum of 12.5 percent and on all other hotels from 10 to a maximum of 11.5 percent with the tax imposed by this section to be paid into the general fund of the City to be used for the usual and current expenses of the City?
