Shall an annual special tax be levied in the amounts as shown on Exhibit A on each parcel of real property within the boundaries of the Green Valley Oaks Road Zone of Benefit #69 commencing with fiscal year 2000/01 and each year thereafter? Said tax is to be assessed and collected with El Dorado County General Taxes commencing with the forthcoming 2000/01 fiscal year and continuing each year thereafter, and shall be used only for those purposes authorized by the zone of benefit under County Service Area law.
