Shall the Board of Directors of the Lakeview Community Services District be authorized to increase the present tax of $60.00 per year for a total not to exceed $120.00, and to annually tax each parcel within the District said amount to $120.00 for the improvement and maintenance of roadways and easements within the District, and for other lawful purposes of the District?
