Shall Stallion Springs Community Services District Ordinance #115, levying a special tax in the amount of $50 per parcel per year for improved properties and $25 per parcel per year for unimproved properties for police protection services and increasing the Stallion Springs Community Services District appropriation limits set in accordance with Article XIII B of the California Constitution by the authorized amount of the special tax, be approved and become effective?
