Shall the Westwood Community Services District levy a special tax on each parcel of real property located within the boundaries of the District in an amount not to exceed $32.00 per year for the purpose of funding fire protection and prevention services in accordance with Section 53978 of the Government Code to be collected in the manner authorized by Division 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code?
