(ADVISORY) Shall the voters of the Pasadena Unified School District adopt the Reform Plan of the Charter Reform Task Force as a blueprint for the schools and, consistent with its terms, call upon the Board of Education to provide an accounting, within six months, of the Plan's implementation and direct the City Council to reconvene the Task Force within one year to assess the progress of the Plan's implementation?
