(Ord No 99-1 creates a Historic Resource General Plan designation ("HR") and a Historic Preservation Combination Zoning District (":HP") and applies the HR designation to the Aetna Springs property within the :HP which will enable Aetna Springs to resume historic resort types of uses and offer lodging accomodations for no more than 200 persons per night).
