Shall the Board of Supervisors enact a 1/4 cent sales tax, public oversight and accountability measure for general County purposes with the following mandatory restrictions? A local Citizen's Oversight Committee will monitor all expenditures to ensure funds are used efficiently and effectively; annual financial audits, conducted by an independent auditor, must be reported to the public; and the tax expires after twenty (20) years.
