Shall the City of Indian Wells be authorized to construct 150 senior housing units for low income and moderate income persons as required by State Law? If approved, the development must be paid for with redevelopment funds, which can only be used to provide affordable housing. The development shall be limited to two sites, one on the north side of Highway 111 near Mountain Cove Drive and the other between Fred Waring Drive and Hovely Lane.
