Should the Mobilehome Park Rent Control Ordinance be amended as set forth in proposed Ordinance No. 1281, to provide that mobilehome park rent control in the City of Indio only applies to tenants whose only residence is in the City of Indio and who are permanent residents of the City of Indio?
